They blamed a business partnership change-over, landlord rules from 2017, and COVID. RPH also admitted this tenant was one of their “problem tenants.” Our reply was by signing up with RPH, we believed they would provide the above-mentioned services. At no time did we receive notification of services being modified or issues with the tenant.
